WebA review audit is an onsite assessment of the quality of care and services provided to aged care consumers (consumers) by an accredited service. It measures performance of an approved provider against all requirements of the Quality Standards. Review audits are conducted by an Assessment Team of at least two quality assessors. WebThe Scottish Hip Fracture Audit Report (2024) shows that whilst considerable progress has been achieved since the Standards of Care were introduced in 2014, significant variation still exists across Scotland in terms of the quality of care and outcomes for patients who sustain a hip fracture.
