Mind you, this is ON TOP OF a full complement of quad work and hamstring work. Web♥︎ Aim for 2-4 sets of each. Choose the style you prefer. Simple sets = all push sets in a row with rest between, then move onto pull, etc. Supersets = do push and pull exercises back to back, then rest. Repeat until 2-4 sets done.
