Web25 de jan. de 2024 · Did you use both fuses that were supplied with the fuse tap. When I did this I did it with one fuse at first and had the same problem. I took it back out and put both fuses in the fuse tap and then put it back in the 5 slot and it worked. I’m not sure if the 4 slot would work and I traded that car in so I can not try it for you and let you know. Web17 de nov. de 2024 · Agree 100% on not cutting any wires...hence my search for the proper fuse taps to provide the installer. The fuse box under the hood uses standard Mini's. The taps took the fuses from the side so there was no height issue with those in that location. (The standard fuses were used in the relays.)
